These terms apply to Tokimeki Kareshi. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service Overview

This service is an AI character chat experience for users aged 18 or older. Responses are generated by AI or prepared scenarios and are not advice, diagnosis, or counseling by a real person or professional.

The service is not intended for sexual gratification and does not respond to excessive sexual content, content suggesting minors, non-consensual acts, violence, or illegal acts.

Accounts and Login

Some features require account registration or Google login. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.

Paid Plans, Payment, and Auto-Renewal

Paid plans include the Trial 30-chat Pack, Standard, and Premium. Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. This Rails application does not directly handle card numbers.

Monthly plans renew automatically until canceled. Prices and plan details are shown before purchase.

Payment Method, Service Timing, Cancellation, and Refunds

Payment methods are those shown in Stripe Checkout.

Service access is provided after payment confirmation. It may take a few seconds to reflect.

Monthly plans can be canceled from the billing portal. After cancellation, paid features remain available until the end of the already paid billing period.

Because this is a digital service, refunds are generally not provided after purchase. Duplicate payments, system failures, or non-provision of service will be reviewed individually.

Prohibited Use and Safety

You may not submit excessive sexual content, violent or illegal content, content suggesting minors, non-consensual acts, rights violations, fraudulent information, or attempts to interfere with the service.

This service does not provide medical, legal, investment, or mental health crisis advice. Please consult qualified professionals or public emergency resources when needed.
